Data Deletion Request Instructions

 

To request the deletion of your account and/or any associated personal data held by us, please follow the instructions below:

    • Account and Data Erasure Request

  • Phone Number (optional, but helpful for verification):

3. State Your Request Clearly:

In the body of the email, clearly state that you are requesting the complete deletion and erasure of your account and all associated personal data from our systems.

Example Email Body:

"Dear Big Game Team,

I am writing to formally request the complete deletion and erasure of my account and all associated personal data in accordance with my rights.

My details are:

  • Full Name: [Your Full Name]

  • Email Address: [Your Registered Email Address]

  • Account ID (if known): [Your Account ID, e.g., BG12345]

Please confirm once the data has been permanently deleted from your records.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter."

4. Review and Send:

Once we receive your request, our team will process it as soon as possible within the legally required timeframe (typically 30 days). We may contact you at your registered email address to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.
